Reflect and Release - A Journaling Workshop

Tickets available now

Sometimes the last thing you want to do after a long day is talk.

If you're feeling "talked out" or overwhelmed by the pressure to be “on” or talkative, or if you're simply looking for a more approachable and reflective way to engage with your self-reflection time, this group workshop is for you.

This group workshop is created with you in mind—an opportunity to reflect on your life’s journey, explore your personal story, and connect with others in a supportive, creative, and non-judgmental space.

There’s no pressure to speak if you don’t want to. This is about you honoring your need to reflect.

No one to take care of, no one to manage, just a moment for yourself.

Your Boundary Audit - A Reflection Workshop

Tickets available now

In this guided workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to deliberately slow down, reflect, and increase clarity on what you currently need. Together, we will explore different types of boundaries including your emotional, physical, relational boundaries. We will also explore how boundaries can influence your energy, relationships, and sense of safety in connection.

Using thoughtful prompts, gentle yet honest self-inquiry activities, and psychoeducation, you’ll learn to identify your personal limits, understand where they come from, and recognize the signs that a boundary may need editing. We will also review supportive strategies for communicating your needs with confidence and compassion to yourself and to others.

Whether you’re hoping for healthier connections, to feel more empowered, or simply deepen your self-awareness, this workshop offers a supportive space. You’ll leave with greater clarity, practical language, and a personalized understanding of what it means to honor your boundaries.
