Attend this free 60 minute virtual introduction event to help you realize there’s voyage you’ve been yearning for.
Online event: March 13 & 27, 2026
12pm Eastern Standard Time (EST)
Let me get in your business for a moment.
Despite your outward success, you still experience a sense of emptiness or disconnection. You have achieved so much, but you struggle to feel impressed by yourself. You probably heard things like, “you were always the good one” or “we never felt like we needed to worry about you”. You’re holding everything together on your own, and no one seems to notice how much you're suffering beneath the surface.
You pay the cost everyday. The numbness, the irritation, the feeling disconnected from everything and everyone. The fear that you sacrificed so much and still don’t feel like you have what you want. That quiet desire to run away from everything and start a new life where you can do things…differently.
There’s another way.
I know you’re tired.
What if you didn’t have to keep carrying that weight and trying to navigate all of this alone?
What if you saw yourself as more than someone who “gets it done” and takes care of everyone else, but as the person you want to be?
What if you had the space to examine how you got to this point, and learn ways to design a life that is closer to the person you are now, not who you had to be?
Here’s what you’ll learn in this introductory event:
How to understand the tension you’re feeling as valuable information instead of something to feeling guilty or ashamed of
How the “scripts” you’ve internalized may not be serving you right now
How allowing yourself to want something different is the start to your personal alignment
Meet Your Facilitator,
Dr. Bryanna Campbell
I’m a licensed psychologist with over a decade of experience facilitating educational, support, and therapeutic groups. My work centers on helping Black women build meaningful connections with themselves and others while discovering and owning their unique voice and story.
I come from a lineage of highly ambitious Black women who got it done. Whatever it was, they made it happen for themselves, for their families, and even for their communities. When hearing and witnessing their stories I often found myself in awe of their accomplishments, but also curious about their inner worlds. They often followed the scripts they had to, and some of them even made their own!
What I noticed was a dedication to bettering their lives, but not feeling very connected or attuned to themselves or the people they cared for. It was as if survival had outpaced their thriving. Generationally, I have observed this showing up as grand achievements with accompanying feelings of disconnection.
I want you to know that it is possible for you to create a life that feels as aligned internally as it looks externally. It doesn’t have to cost you your ambition either. I firmly believe that when you don’t know how to name what’s happening for you, someone else can and they will do it in a way that benefits them.
I believe in cultivating supportive spaces where you can grow at your own pace. I blend therapeutic techniques, education and humor to make the process more approachable, but always respect where you are in your vital voyage. Many people have shared that after working with me they feel a sense of relief, clarity, and confidence, and I am always honored to be part of that process.
Here’s What People Are Saying

"She (Dr. C) was very warm & soothing, affirming everyone's feelings & thoughts. She truly cultivated a safe space for everyone."
"Dr. Campbell's style was warm, inviting and relatable. It didn't feel cold or clinical and was just the right touch of personal to let me know that I could be my full self."
This Is For The Person Who…
-
To head into the unknown, sometimes we have to visit the past and the people, places, and messages that have shaped who we are, how we move in society, and how we experience the world around us.
-
I know, I know. You did everything you were supposed to do and yet you feel so …BLAH. Nothing seems to impress you, excitement about accomplishments fizzles out quickly, and you noticed you operate more like a machine than a person.
-
Maybe it’s achievement. A relationship. Your career. Whatever it is, you feel like you’ve gotten so far away from yourself that you’re not sure what you want anymore.
-
The ability to keep your head down and keep working despite any obstacle has been heavily rewarded in parts of society. There’s a pressure to produce something of “value” often and the “failure” to do so makes you wonder if you are a failure.
-
Black women, let’s be honest. We exist in various systems and structures that intend to harm us while extracting our labor and essence from us. These oppressive structures benefit and rely on us being disconnected from ourselves and others to maintain very specific definitions of “peace” and “productivity.”
-
So many Black women do not get the space or the privilege to emote and receive care instead of consequence. Maybe you felt like there wasn’t enough time, resources, or skills in the vicinity to support you without judgment, critique, or even ridicule.
Maybe people find it hard to believe you’re struggling because “you look fine” to them.
-
You’re no stranger to courage, sacrifice, or endurance. What you might not have is a roadmap to create a life beyond what you’ve been told is possible for you. It takes a brave person to be a pioneer, an illuminator, a voyager. The path can be lonely and tiring, and even in triumph there can be feelings of “I wish they knew what this took.”
-
Transformation of this magnitude often happens in community. We can learn about ourselves while being alongside others on their own unique voyage. This too requires courage, openness, and a willingness to be seen and also honor others.
-
While this experience is NOT therapy, previous experience in therapy may serve you well.
